environment concept

I've used a special building-brush for this made by ~concept-on-mac, thanks a lot!
I like the idea of making your own grungy building brushes in PS for your city paintings to make them a LOT easier to make... I'll try making my own ones.
Also, I've put some neon lights here and there, just to make it some more spiffy.

This really is absolutely amazing, I love it! I could imagine this being the perfect album art for an industrial metal band

This is bloody incredible; you are a wonderful artist. This is so great, I feel I couldn't express my appreciation for it in words, as hard as I may try. I suppose me faving this will have to do the trick. Keep up the great work.

I WAS going to say "Oh snap!" but then I read you used brushes to get such intricate detail and mass in the city landscape. Brushes seem like a good way to get effective in these kind of paintings. It'll be interesting to see what you can cook up.

This is how that artist does his paintings, and I must say, it works! sadly, I must admit, I kinda "stole" his work- that's how I feel right now, because I used his brush.
But I find the method incredibly awesome, as I said, using a premade abstract building-shaped brush just helps you to make better and easier paintings, at least if it comes to future cityscapes.
So I'll try to make my own brushes now for this useful technique.
